How much does laundry cost?
Laundry is 150 KSh per bucket. Choose your quantity on the booking page and the total updates automatically.
How do I pay?
With M-PESA Send Money to 0715 627 919. The booking page shows the exact amount and lets you copy both the number and the amount.
What is the M-PESA confirmation code?
It is the short code in the SMS you receive after sending money, for example QGH7K2M9XA. Paste it in the booking form so we can match your payment.
Can I choose the exact day and hour?
Yes. The booking page has a calendar for the day and hourly slots from 08:00 to 16:00 — the time our cleaning lady arrives at your place.
Do I need to create an account?
No. We only need your booking details so we can confirm your request on WhatsApp.
Is my booking confirmed immediately?
The website opens a WhatsApp message with your details and payment code. Your booking is confirmed once we reply.
Do you pick up my laundry?
No pickup needed — our cleaning lady comes to your place and hand-washes everything there while you relax.
How long does a wash take?
She hand-washes everything at your place, so most bookings are finished the same day.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Message us on WhatsApp straight away with your confirmation code and we will make it right.
